Matthew Fox (Lost) stars as former Marshall University football coach Red Dawson in Warner Bros Pictures' We Are Marshall. The film is based on true events surrounding the rebirth of Marshall University's football program after the players, coaches, staff, and school administrators were killed in a tragic plane crash on the way home from an away game. Fox was joined on the 'green' carpet at Grauman's Chinese Theater by the man he portrays in the film, a man whose decision to drive home that night saved his life.
