Paul Walker stars in the action thriller set in the world of mobsters. Walker plays Joey, a low level gangster who has only one night to get back his gun after a neighbor's boy steals it.
"We are very pleased to be working with Wayne Kramer on this picture," stated Sammy Lee, Vice Chairman of the Board for Media 8 Entertainment in a statement released by the production company. "Wayne made one of last year's strongest and most assured feature film debuts with 'The Cooler,' and we expect 'Running Scared' to follow up on this promise by delivering a knockout combination of first-class acting and non-stop action."
