Pixar is hoping to continue its winning ways when it comes to successful family films - which began with Toy Story and continued all the way up to their last release, The Incredibles - with an animated movie set in the world of automobiles and racing. Even if the premise doesn't immediately make you want to spring for a ticket, the fact it's a Pixar creation should be enough to entice audiences to give it a chance.Cars Photo Gallery

It seems only fitting that racing enthusiast Paul Newman provides the voice of one of the lead characters in Cars, the latest collaboration between Disney and Pixar. Also lending their vocal talents to the film are Owen Wilson, Cheech Marin, Bonnie Hunt, and Larry the Cable Guy. Wilson voices racing rookie Lightning McQueen, a hotshot race car who winds up in the sleepy little town of Radiator Springs. On his way to one of the biggest races of the year, Lightning McQueen makes friends with the town's collection of autos. Of course since this is a Disney film, the residents of Radiator Springs teach the rookie important life lessons.
