Writer/director JJ Abrams (Lost, Alias) promises Mission Impossible 3 is going to take on an entirely different tone than the previous two films. Abrams says this Mission Impossible will show us a little more of what makes Ethan Hunt tick and will let us in on what Hunt (Tom Cruise) does during his downtime.
