The Incredible Hulk Movie Preview

Edward Norton (The Illusionist) not only stars in this new take on The Incredible Hulk but also contributed heavily to the script. Definitely not Ang Lee's version, this latest look at the genetically altered big guy promises to remain true to the source material. But this new Hulk isn't heading to theaters without its own set of baggage. Rumors have been swirling over a reported fight between actor/writer Norton and Marvel Entertainment over the film's final cut. Norton claims the rumors are false and any disputes over the movie are just part of the collaborative process. Whatever's going on behind the scenes isn't going to matter if the finished product delivers the goods, which is what Universal's hoping for after the critical bashing Lee's The Hulk movie received when it hit theaters in 2003.

Synopsis: In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk. Living in the shadows cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler), Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power. As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. One scientist must make an agonizing final choice: accept a peaceful life as Bruce Banner or find heroism in the creature he holds inside - The Incredible Hulk.

The Incredible Hulk smashes its way into theaters on June 13, 2008.
