It might be simpler to list who's not in Smokin Aces than to reel off the names of those in the cast. Described as a 'dark, action comedy', Smokin Aces was written, produced, and directed by Joe Carnahan. Carnahan delivered the critically acclaimed mystery thriller Narc back in 2002, and it appears everyone in Hollywood (including Narc star Ray Liotta) lined up for a chance to play a role in Carnahan's latest film.Smokin Aces Photo Gallery

Smokin Aces has double-crossing mobsters, FBI investigators, bounty hunters, vixens, ex-cons, and kitchen sinks all out to get a sleazy magician named Buddy 'Aces' Israel (Jeremy Piven). Okay, the kitchen sink part was pushing it but it gets the point across. Just about every type of criminal or wannabe criminal is on the trail of Aces. It seems Aces days are numbered because mob boss Primo Sparazza has put out a huge contract on the magic man in order to keep him from turning state's evidence.
Smokin Aces heats up theaters on January 26, 2007.
