Manny (Ray Romano), Sid (John Leguizamo), and Diego (Denis Leary) return for further adventures in this sequel to the 2002 hit animated family film, "Ice Age." This time around our heroes are enjoying a world in which the Ice Age is ending. There's plenty of water parks and geysers to play around with, and Manny, Sid, and Diego are having the time of their lives. But playtime comes to an end when our fearless threesome discover there's a downside to the melting of all that ice. "Ice Age 2" Movie News, Trailer, Credits and Release Date
The original "Ice Age" made $46 million over its opening weekend and went on to gross more than $375 million worldwide, which meant greenlighting a sequel was a real no-brainer. With the original voice cast back in place, there's no reason to believe "Ice Age 2: The Meltdown" won't match or surpass the original film's take at the box office.
