Matt Damon, George Clooney and Brad Pitt star in "Ocean's Thirteen."
When Ocean's Twelve was just about to be released in theaters, the question of whether or not there would be an Ocean's Thirteen was usually answered by the film's stars with a quick, "If I'm called, I'm there," sort of comment. And apparently that's pretty much all it took to get the gang back together for one more Ocean's adventure.

The entire main cast of actors (not the supporting actresses) return for what will more than likely be the final film of the series. George Clooney acknowledged as much during an interview in support of another Clooney/Soderbergh film, The Good German. Commenting on Ocean's Thirteen and the possibility of Fourteen, Clooney said, "This one, Thirteen, happened because we felt like we could do it better than Twelve. We didn't want to go out getting socked in the chin on one. We were both like, 'We know how to do this.' And we found a really good reason to do it which is revenge, which is always better than just making money. That made sense to us and we went, 'That's a good reason to do it,' and there doesn't seem to be any other reason to come back. I think, listen, Rocky 17? Who knows? Maybe 10 years from now I'll need a job again and I'll take it. But right now, we don't plan on it."

Ocean's Thirteen hopes moviegoers think the third time is the charm beginning June 8, 2007.
