"Try Seventeen" (2003)
17 year-old Jones Dillon arrives for the first day of college finds himself rooming with a skinhead. He immediately gives up on the dorm and rents an apartment in a big house across town. Jones ultimately learns more about life and love from the inhabitants of his apartment building than he ever could at college.
