One of 2007's most anticipated summer movies will have its Los Angeles Premiere at the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival. Michael Bay's big-budget production, Transformers, will be screened at four theaters in Westwood Village on June 27th, with all tickets holders invited to a huge block party immediately following the screening.

In a press release announcing the premiere, Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said, "Transformers is the ultimate L.A. movie, with many of its most exciting action sequences shot on the city’s streets. The Los Angeles Film Festival is the perfect venue to launch this film."

4,000 people will be able to attend the LA premiere of Transformers which stars Shia LaBeouf, Tyrese Gibson, Josh Duhamel, Anthony Anderson, Megan Fox, Rachael Taylor, John Turturro and Jon Voight. Tickets are $25 and, according to the Los Angeles Film Festival press release, can be obtained by purchasing a festival pass. Festival officials say individual Transformers premiere tickets will be sold beginning June 8th. Call 866-345-6337 or visit LAFilmFest.com for more information.
