Prison Break star Amaury Nolasco and Rachael Taylor have signed on to the live-action movie, Transformers. Taylor and Nolasco are joining Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel, and Megan Fox for the DreamWorks movie.Michael Bay is directing Transformers, a big-budget film based on the popular Hasbro toys. The Transformers toy line featured giant robots that could transform into other objects such as cars and planes.
Transformers is being produced by Don Murphy, Tom DeSanto, and Lorenzo di Bonaventure, with Steven Spielberg and Brian Goldner executive producing.
The actual plot of Transformers is being kept a closely guarded secret. What's known is that filming is expected to begin soon. DreamWorks has set July 4, 2007 as the targeted release date.
