The Smurfs Movie Trailer
The little blue guys - and gals - are back and causing mischief in New York City in the 3D live-action/CGI comedy The Smurfs. Directed by Raja Gosnell (Beverly Hills Chihuahua), Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays and Hank Azaria interact with the CGI Smurfs in this first trailer for the Columbia Pictures film. The Smurfs stars Neil Patrick Harris, Jayma Mays, and Hank Azaria, and features the voices of Katy Perry, Jonathan Winters, Alan Cumming, George Lopez, and Paul Reuben. The Smurfs is set to hit theaters on August 3, 2011.
The Smurfs Plot:
When the evil wizard Gargamel (Azaria) chases the Smurfs out of their village, they’re forced through a portal, out of their world and into ours, landing in the middle of New York's Central Park. Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.
