"The Butterfly Effect" (2004)
A young man struggles with the effects of suppressed childhood memories and while struggling, he discovers a technique for traveling back in time to occupy his childhood body. He discovers that with every trip back in time, he subtlety changes the present, which leads him to travel back in time over and over again to undo the damage.
