Guide Review - The Bourne Ultimatum DVD Review
Jason Bourne's still seeking the truth behind his memory loss and he's prepared to follow all leads and go wherever they take him in order to get his life back. In The Bourne Ultimatum, those clues and bits and pieces of info lead him back to the United States and directly into conflict with the agency that once employed him.
The Bonus Features
The Bourne Ultimatum DVD includes pretty much everything but the kitchen sink. Loaded with bonus features, this DVD really allows Bourne fans a behind the scenes look into the third film of the series.
The Man on the Move: Jason Bourne segment is made up of five different featurettes chronicling the different locations used in Bourne Ultimatum. No Bourne movie would be complete without a car chase, and the New York Chase featurette provides an in-depth look at staging the sequence. For an excellent insight into Damon's training process and the fight choreography, check out Planning the Punches.
Action junkies are going to like the Rooftop Pursuit bonus feature which reveals how they filmed Damon jumping from roof to roof in Tangiers. Driving School takes a look at Damon behind the wheel as he prepares for the New York car chase. Apparently Damon's so good, he could have a career as a stuntdriver if acting doesn't work out...
The Bourne Ultimatum DVD also includes a commentary track with director Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon as well as 8 deleted scenes from the film.
