After sitting down with Virginia Madsen in San Diego for a one-on-one to discuss The Astronaut Farmer, it was nice to catch up with the talented actress again for the film's Hollywood premiere. Madsen had been looking for a family-oriented project to do and The Astronaut Farmer offered her that opportunity, as well as the chance to work opposite Billy Bob Thornton.
