Samuel L Jackson stars as an FBI agent escorting an important witness on a flight from Hawaii to LA in the dramatic movie, Snakes on a Plane. The 'snakes' part of the film's title comes into play when an assassin releases poisonous snakes onboard the plane as a way of killing off the witness.
