Guide Review - "Robots" DVD Review
The story of one small town robot with big dreams, "Robots" follows our hero, Rodney Cooperbottom (McGregor), the beloved son of working class parents. Rodney wants to be an inventor and he knows the best place to make his mark would be in Robot City. Once there, Rodney figures he can arrange a meeting with Mr. Bigweld - the world's most famous inventor.
But things don't go as planned. Bigweld's no longer running his own company. Instead the evil Ratchet has taken over and wants all lower class robots to be replaced (that would be Rodney, his family, and the new friends he makes in Robot City).
Can one little guy stand up to corporate evil? Will Rodney and his buddies be tossed on the trash heap? It's worth checking out "Robots" to find out the answers.
