The Story
The film starts off with Will and Elizabeth's wedding day being forcibly postponed when East India Trading Co executive Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander) locks up the would-be bride and groom for their roles in helping Captain Jack Sparrow escape the hangman's noose. But all hope isn't lost for the handsome couple to live long and happy lives together. Will's offered a shot at saving Elizabeth's life if he can beat his buddy Captain Jack to finding the key that will unlock a chest containing something hugely important to Davy Jones, the master of the sea.
Meanwhile Captain Jack has issues of his own to deal with. The time has come for Sparrow to pay off a debt he owes to Davy Jones and Captain Jack, more than anything, doesn't want to make good on the deal he made years prior with the creepy Jones (played by Bill Nighy).
