Stellan Skarsgard ("Exorcist: The Beginning") and Naomie Harris ("28 Days Later") have joined the cast of the much-anticipated sequel to "Pirates of the Caribbean."Skarsgard will play Orlando Bloom's father and with Naomie Harris set to play a gypsy queen. Returning "Pirates of the Caribbean" cast members include Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow and Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Swann, with director Gore Verbinski back in charge behind the camera. "Pirates of the Caribbean" screenwriters Terry Rossio and Ted Elliott are in charge of the sequel's script. Jerry Bruckheimer is producing.
Filming is expected to begin in March 2005. "Pirates 2" should hit theaters in the summer of 2006.
