More Join the Cast of Transformers

May 4, 2006 - Jon Voight has signed on for a role in the live-action adventure movie, The Transformers: The Movie directed by Michael Bay from a script by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci.

Voight joins Shia LaBeouf and Travis Van Winkle in the big-budget film which focuses on the battle of the Autobots vs the Decepticons.

According to Variety, Josh Duhamel, Bernie Mac, John Turturro and Megan Fox are close to making deals to join the Transformers film.

DreamWorks and Paramount Pictures have set July 4, 2007 as the release date.
