Aug 30, 2005 - "Scary Movie" star Anna Faris and Emmy winner Eddie Izzard ("Eddie Izzard: Dress to Kill") have signed on to roles in the comedy movie, "Super Ex-Girlfriend," starring Luke Wilson and Uma Thurman."Super Ex" follows the adventures of the ex-boyfriend (Wilson) of a superhero (Thurman) who quickly learns that breaking up with someone with superpowers isn't exactly the best thing to do.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Faris will play Wilson's love interest while Izzard gets to sink his teeth into the role of the movie's villain.
Ivan Reitman will direct the film for Regency Enterprises. "Super Ex" was scripted by Don Payne and will be produced by Gavin Polone.
