It's been 10 years since Jodie Foster took on director duties with "Home for the Holidays," and now it looks like she's finally ready to take on the job again. Universal Pictures has hired the two-time Academy Award winning actress ("The Silence of the Lambs," "The Accused") to direct the dramatic movie, "Sugar Kings." Foster may also star in the film.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Sugar Kings" is based on the Vanity Fair article, "The Kingdom of Big Sugar." The film will follow a newbie lawyer who works with a public interest attorney to help exploited migrant workers.

Ned Zeman and Daniel wrote the script and Jane Rosenthal will be producing the film. There's no word yet on when production is expected to begin.
