"King of Queens" star Kevin James will take the lead role in the family movie, "Monster Hunter," which will be produced by Will Smith and James Lassiter. Smith and James became friends on the set of the romantic comedy, "Hitch," and they've been looking for a way to work together again.In "Monster Hunter," Kevin James will star as a child psychologist who, according to Variety, can see the monsters kids always claim are hiding under their beds.
"Monster Hunter" was written by Robert L Baird and Daniel Gerson ("Curious George"). Production won't begin on "Monster Hunter" until Kevin James finishes the final season of his hit TV sitcom, "King of Queens."
