Steve Buscemi has landed one of the starring roles in the New Line Cinema comedy movie, "We're the Millers." "We're the Millers" will be directed by Peter Cattaneo ("The Full Monty") from a script by Steve Faber and Bob Fisher (the writers responsible for "Wedding Crashers").According to a press release announcing the project, Steve Buscemi will play a "marijuana dealer that is looking to get out of the business. He decides to take one last job, which takes him to Mexico, where he creates a make-believe family – 'the Millers' – in order to smuggle 1,400 pounds of pot back into the U.S."
"We're the Millers" will be produced by Tucker Tooley, Vincent Newman, Happy Walters and Matthew Weaver. David Heyman is executive producing the film.
There's no word yet on when filming will begin or additional cast members.
