All the Boys Love Mandy Lane was written by Jacob Forman. Felipe Marino and Joe Neurauter of Occupant Films and Chad Feehan of Catch Fire Films produced the film.
In a joint statement issued by TWC and Dimension Films, producer Marino said, "With Mandy, we wanted to take the hostile reality of teenage sexual politics and make a movie that depicts that in adolescent violence, everyone's complicit, nobody's innocent. Mandy Lane is bold and provocative and if we could have any partner, it is Dimension who has continually raised the bar for the horror genre."
