Oct 20, 2006 - After years of speculation as to what's going on with the
Die Hard franchise, things are really shaping up. Bruce Willis is definitely back in the role of John McClane, and Maggie Q and Justin Long have committed to roles in
Live Free or Die Hard. Now The Hollywood Reporter is reporting Timothy Olyphant (
Deadwood) and Mary Elizabeth Winstead (
Final Destination 3) have signed on to the fourth
Die Hard movie.
Olyphant has been cast as Willis' nemesis. Winstead takes on the role of Willis' daughter.
Filming has already begun on Live Free or Die Hard, with Len Wiseman (Underworld Evolution) as director. 20th Century Fox is planning on releasing the film in June 2007.
