Variety is reporting rock star Courtney Love will star in a biopic based on the life of "Deep Throat" star Linda Lovelace. The biopic, tentatively titled "Lovelace," will follow Linda's life from her late teens to her death in 2002.Merritt Johnson is working on the script for Jason Blum's Blumhouse Productions. Blum, Love, and Jason Weinberg will produce the biopic.
Courtney Love earned critical acclaim for her role as Althea Leasure in "The People vs. Larry Flynt," and also starred in "Trapped" and "Man on the Moon."
