Butler's producing the film through his Evil Twin production company. Alan Siegel, Lucas Foster and Mark Gill are also onboard as producers of the thriller which follows Butler as an assistant district attorney who is unwillingly dragged into a revenge plot.
Jamie Foxx will next be seen in The Soloist (which was pushed back from a late 2008 release to April 2009). Butler has Game and The Ugly Truth hitting theaters in '09.
