Nov 10, 2005 - According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brad Silberling is close to being confirmed as the director of the comedy movie, "Juno," for Mandate Pictures.
"Juno" revolves around a pregnant teenager and was written by Diablo Cody. The comedy will be produced by Mason Novick, Lianne Halfon, Russell Smith, and John Malkovich.
There's no word yet on who will star in the comedy or when production will begin.
Silberling most recently directed "Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" starring Jim Carrey and Meryl Streep.
