Filming on "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" is expected to begin in late 2005, with a release date tentatively scheduled for the summer of 2007.
According to Variety, writer/director Steve Kloves walked away from "Harry Potter" so he'll be able to commit time to "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time" for Warner Bros.
Michael Goldenberg also is attached to "Where the Wild Things Are" to be directed by Spike Jonze.
