Jan 22, 2008 - Following on the heels of Hamlet 2's world premiere at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival, Focus Features announced they've picked up the worldwide rights to the comedy movie from writer/director Andrew Fleming (Nancy Drew, Dick). Steve Coogan stars in the film alongside David Arquette, Melonie Diaz, Catherine Keener, Amy Poehler, and Elisabeth Shue.
Eric Eisner, Leonid Rozhetskin, and Aaron Ryder produced Hamlet 2, with Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa executive producing. Hot Rod scribe Pam Brady co-wrote the screenplay.
