Guillory ("Love Actually") joins newcomer Ed Speleers (as Eragon), Djimon Hounsou, Jeremy Irons and John Malkovich in the big screen adaptation of Paolini's best-seller. The story follows Eragon as he battles an evil king to determine the fate of the empire.
"Eragon" began shooting this month. Visual effects supervisor Stefen Fangmeier makes his directorial debut with the fantasy pic.
