Eminem Lands a Starring Role in Have Gun Will Travel

Rapper Eminem will return to feature films with a starring role in the Paramount Pictures movie Have Gun Will Travel, based on the CBS TV series. The series aired on CBS from 1957 to 1963 and starred Richard Boone as a professional gunfighter named Paladin.

According to Variety, the story will move forward into contemporary times and feature Eminem as a bounty hunter rather than a hired gunslinger.

Eminem earned great reviews for his performance as a struggling Detroit rapper in the 2002 movie, 8 Mile, directed by Curtis Hanson. Since then he's been busy in the music industry but kept an eye out for film projects that looked promising.
