Adam Cooper and Bill Collage were responsible for rewriting Mark Perez' script which follows a high school senior who figures out an interesting way around the pressure to attend college.
Michael Bostick and Tom Shadyac will produce the film with production expected to begin in July 2005. The studio's aiming for an April 2006 release.
Justin Long recently completed work in "Dreamland" and "Idiocracy" (formerly titled "3001") and has "Waiting" set for release in September 2005.
