Billy Crudup Joins Tom Cruise for "Mission Impossible 3"

Billy Crudup ("Big Fish") has joined the cast of "Mission Impossible 3" starring Tom Cruise, Ving Rhames, and Keri Russell.

Director JJ Abrams has already begun shooting "Mission Impossible 3" with a targeted release date of May 5, 2006. Tom Cruise is producing "MI3" with his Cruise/Wagner partner, Paula Wagner.

Billy Crudup recently completed work on "Trust the Man" for writer/director Bart Freundlich and is currently at work on "The Good Shepherd" for director/producer/actor Robert De Niro.
