The original "Men in Black" introduced audiences to agents Kay and Jay, a pair of elite intergalactic cops monitoring alien activity on Earth for a law enforcement agency that doesn't officially exist. "Men in Black II" continues the adventures of these guardians of the nebulous nebulae of portals to our appealing planet.
