Zach Braff and Rachel McAdams are in negotiations to star in the romantic comedy, "The Last Kiss," to be directed by Tony Goldwyn."The Last Kiss" is a remake of the 2001 Italian film, "L 'Ultimo Bacio," which starred Stefano Accorsi and Giovanna Mezzogiorno, and was directed by Gabriele Muccino. The Italian film followed a young man whose life was sent spinning when his girlfriend announces she's pregnant.
Paul Haggis is writing the script, with Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi producing. Filming is expected to begin in April when Braff is on vacation from his TV series, "Scrubs." Zach Braff received critical acclaim for writing, directing and starring in "Garden State" with Natalie Portman and Peter Sarsgaard.
Rachel McAdams was recently seen in "The Notebook" with Ryan Gosling, and will next be on screen in "The Wedding Crashers."
