Gabriel Mann Takes the Lead in "Valley in the Heart's Delight"

Gabriel Mann has been tapped to star in the dramatic indie film, "Valley in the Heart's Delight," based on a true story. Pete Postlethwaite, Bruce McGill, Diana Scarwid, and Emily Harrison have also signed on to the project.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mann will play a reporter who investigates two lynchings that took place in response to the kidnapping of a local businessman's son.

Miles Murphy wrote the script and Tim Boxell is set to direct "Valley in the Heart's Delight." Scott Rosenfelt and Billie Greif will produce the film.

Gabriel Mann will next be seen in "Don't Come Knocking," written and directed by Wim Wenders and co-starring Sam Shepard and Jessica Lange.
