Aug 10, 2007 - DreamWorks has tapped Michelle Monaghan (Mission Impossible III) to play a single mom in the thriller Eagle Eye starring Shia LaBeouf (Transformers) and directed by DJ Caruso. The film marks the second project together for director Caruso and actor LaBeouf. The twosome previously worked together on the box office hit Disturbia.
Filming is expected to begin later this year on the thriller scripted by Hillary Seitz. According to Variety, Eagle Eye follows Monaghan's character who partners up with LaBeouf when they both find themselves somehow framed as terrorists.
Shia LaBeouf is currently at work on the as-yet-untitled fourth film of the Indiana Jones series with Harrison Ford and director Steven Spielberg. Monaghan will next be seen opposite Ben Stiller in The Heartbreak Kid.
