The Bonus Features
Fans of the movie are going to get a kick out of the bonus material included on the 2-Disc DVD set. In addition to a batch of deleted scenes, the DVD features a very funny gag reel and a special gag take starring Rainn Wilson as the convenience store clerk. The cast and crew get together and jam in one featurette, and viewers get to observe the screentests by the film's star, Ellen Page. The commentary track provided by Jason Reitman and Diablo Cody is revealing, fast-paced, and fun.
The 2nd disc has four additional featurettes worth checking out. 'Way Beyond Our Maturity Level: Juno Leah Bleeker' provides everything you need to know about the three teen characters. 'Diablo Cody is Totally Boss' looks at how the film came to be and examines Cody's writing style. 'Jason Reitman For Shizz' shows why Reitman was the perfect choice to direct Juno. 'Honest To Blog! Creating Juno' explores Cody's background and explains why her dialogue sounds so authentic.
