I bet you thought this movie was going to be released with the title still a well-kept secret, didn't you? Paramount Pictures kept the suspense building as they went into production on the fourth Indiana Jones film without releasing the movie's title. But now it's official. The studio has declared the fourth film of the franchise will henceforth be known as Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (try saying that one five times fast without messing up!).

Shia LaBeouf was given the honor of revealing the title at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards (yes, the same award show that featured a horrible performance by Britney Spears). LaBeouf co-stars in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull with Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone and John Hurt. Steven Spielberg's back in the director's chair for Indy 4 with Frank Marshall producing and Kathleen Kennedy and George Lucas executive producing.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull hits theaters on Memorial Day 2008.
