Guide Review - "Ice Age: The Meltdown" DVD Review
Sid's a happy sloth, working at a camp for kids and pretty much minding his own business. His buddies Manny and Diego are also enjoying a life full of fun and leisure until one day news comes that their world is about to be washed away. The ice is melting and their beautiful valley will soon be underwater!
As the fearsome and funny threesome head out in search of high ground - followed by a motley assortment of characters - they come upon Ellie (Queen Latifah), a woolly mammoth who believes she's a possum. Seriously, a possum. Manny thought he was the last of his kind but now there's hope for future generations, if only Ellie will face up to the fact she's not a 2 feet tall furry critter who lives in trees.
Will Manny's moves work on a confused female member of his species? Will our heroes be able to make it to high ground before the flood comes and washes everyone away? I won't spoil the ending for you. You'll just have to watch Ice Age The Meltdown to discover the answers for yourself.
