The Tell-Tale Signs You are Destined to Die in a Horror Movie: Because Im that guy. Im like that annoying kind of character. Im like the fat guy in the original 'Texas Chainsaw' who was in the wheelchair.
Jon Abrahams on His Death Scene: Its gruesome really gruesome. I cant tell because you wont go see the movie Alright, I get my head chopped off. I get my head chopped off with two knives.
Filming His Death Scene: Really fun, really fun. They took my head out with CGI so that was kind of interesting for me. They put green dots on your neck and remove your whole body.
Working with Paris Hilton: Really fun - and a real surprise. Nothing like youd expect from all the rumors you hear about her. No entourage. Well, we were in Australia so its kind of hard to bring an entourage all the way to Australia.
The House of Wax Set: It was a big, big, big set. Lots of very intricate designs and stuff like that. A really big set for me.
On Why Moviegoers Should See House of Wax: Because its a fun thrill ride and its really gory. And you get to see Paris die.
The Classic Horror Movie Hollywood Should Remake: The Hills Have Eyes, although I think they are remaking that. I just heard they are going to remake that. How about I Spit on Your Grave? Thats a good one.
Up Next: Prime with Uma Thurman and Meryl Streep: I play Morris who is the best friend of the main characters and kind of a sociopath who can never get past the first date with a woman and has a little thing he has to do. Its comic relief.
On Playing a Sociopath: Its really fun. Absolutely. I mean, actors are sociopaths anyway so (laughing) its not much of a stretch. No, Im just kidding.
Reuniting with Paris Hilton for Bottoms Up: We just finished filming Bottoms Up. Its a kind of throwback to the 80s comedies like One Crazy Summer and all those kind of movies. [The title] has to do with liquor bartending championships and stuff like that.
His Bottoms Up Character: Im the bad guy. Im the James Spader-ish kind of bad guy.
Also on Jon Abraham's Agenda: A movie called Standing Still coming out with a large cast of young actors. Amy Adams, James Van Der Beek, Colin Hanks, Aaron Stanford, Melissa Sagemiller, Mena Suvari. Its a kind of Big Chill for people in their mid-20s. I think thats something thats missing. Its an indie film.
