Horton Hears a Who is about an imaginative elephant who hears a cry for help coming from a tiny speck of dust floating through the air. Suspecting there may be life on that speck and despite a surrounding community which thinks he has lost his mind, Horton is determined to help.
Two comedians known for both their improv skills and ability to do physical comedy, Jim Carrey and Steve Carell, lend their voices to the animated family film "Horton Hears a Who!." Carrey’s no stranger to big screen adaptations of Dr Seuss’ work having starred in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," and the chameleon-esque actor was more than happy to return to the fantasy land created by Dr Seuss.
A person’s a person, no matter how small, according to Dr Seuss (aka Ted Geisel). And in the brightly animated "Horton Hears a Who!" movie, that important bit of wisdom is driven home so effectively, you may think twice about getting rid of those dust bunnies under your bed or that piece of lint flitting around your living room floor.
