Johnny Whitworth Interview - Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance
According to Johnny Whitworth, you do not have to have a knowledge of Ghost Rider - the first film or the comics - in order to get into Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, the second film featuring Nicolas Cage as Johnny Blaze/Ghost Rider. At the 2011 Comic Con, a logical place to chat about the comic book-inspired action film, Whitworth said this film is darker and more twisted, and has nothing to do with the first movie.
