Guide Review - "Garage Days" DVD Review
Wild, raucous, sexy, and hilarious, "Garage Days" was directed by Alex Proyas ("I, Robot") and stars Kick Gurry, Maya Stange, Pia Miranda, Brett Stiller, Chris Sadrinna, and Russell Dykstra. The chemistry between the band members is so good, you'll actually believe you're watching a real garage band. And director Proyas' touch gives the movie a surreal feel, perfectly capturing the sex, drugs, and rock and roll atmosphere.
The bonus features are well worth checking out, particularly the "Garage Days Backstage Pass" and "Behind the Garage Door" featurettes. In candid interviews, the cast and crew discuss working on this movie, learning how to play their instruments, and try to explain the attraction of being a rock star.
