Colin Farrell and Edward Norton May Star in "Pride and Glory"

Farrell, Norton and Noah Emmerich Sought for "Pride and Glory"

Sep 27, 2005 - Colin Farrell, Edward Norton and Noah Emmerich may take lead roles in the dramatic movie "Pride and Glory" for New Line Cinema.

New Line wants to sign the threesome to "Pride and Glory," the story of a family of officers torn apart by corruption. According to Variety, Norton would play a homicide detective assigned to check out his brother's precinct.

If the deal goes through, Colin Farrell would take on the role of Norton's best friend while Emmerich would play the brother being investigated.

Greg and Gavin O'Connor will produce the film. Gavin O'Connor and Joe Carnahan penned the script. No date has been set yet for the start of production.

Colin Farrell will next be seen in "The New World" from director Terrence Malick. Norton has just finished filming "The Illusionist" with Paul Giamatti and Jessica Biel.
