Has it really been 25 years since Elwood and Jake hit the big screen in "The Blues Brothers?" Apparently it has as Universal Studios Home Entertainment is hosting a special groundbreaking event in support of the "The Blues Brothers" 25th Anniversary Edition DVD, which hits stores on August 30th, 2005.

On August 29th, Blues Brothers fans across the United States will have the chance to watch a live Q&A session with writer/director John Landis, the star of "The Blues Brothers" - and the film's co-writer - Dan Aykroyd, Henry Gibson, and James Brown. 83 theaters across the US will feature the live presentation followed by the debut screening of "The Blues Brothers" in High Definition and cinema surround sound.
