Guide Review - Children of Men DVD Review
Based on the novel by P D James, Children of Men takes place in a world where humans can no longer reproduce. Set in 2027, the film stars Clive Owen as Theo Faron, an ex-activist who is pulled back into that world by his old ally/lover, Julian (played by Julianne Moore), who believes he's the only one who can help her save the human race.Julian's group has discovered Kee, a pregnant young woman, and need to get her to safety and out of reach of the government's control. Reluctantly, Theo becomes the girl's chief protector and the two renegades must overcome incredible odds if there's to be any hope left for the survival of our species.
