Interviews from the Premiere of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory"
This 2005 version of Roald Dahl's classic story finds Johnny Depp as Willy Wonka, the reclusive candy man who invites 5 lucky kids to come and explore his factory. Directed by Tim Burton, this new version of Dahl's story sticks closely to the source material and has a stamp of approval from Dahl's widow, Felicity.
Review:
It was 90+ degrees in the shade but that didn't stop the young cast of the film from stopping to chat while strolling the brown carpet. Check out what Freddie Highmore ('Charlie'), AnnaSophia Robb ('Violet Beauregarde'), Jordan Fry ('Mike Teavee'), and Julia Winter ('Veruca Salt') had to say about their time spent on the "Chocolate Factory" set.
